KYC and Identity Verification Consent Notice
Entity: Techflu Global Services Pvt. Ltd.
To process your rental order, Techflu Global Services Pvt. Ltd. needs to verify your identity, address and rental eligibility.
For this purpose, Techflu may collect and process your personal data, including your name, mobile number, email address, delivery address, Aadhaar-based verification result, additional ID proof, student ID where applicable, payment status, refundable security deposit status, order details and verification records.
Techflu may use Digio or another verification service provider to complete Aadhaar-based or document-based verification.
Your information will be used for:
- Identity verification
- Address verification
- Rental risk assessment
- Fraud prevention
- Student offer eligibility verification, if applicable
- Delivery security
- Asset protection
- Refundable security deposit processing
- Legal, audit and dispute-resolution purposes
Aadhaar Verification
Where Aadhaar-based verification is used, it will be processed only for the stated purpose. Techflu will avoid unnecessary storage of full Aadhaar numbers and will use masked or redacted Aadhaar records wherever feasible.
If you do not wish to use Aadhaar-based verification, you may contact Techflu support for available alternative KYC options, subject to Techflu's internal risk policy and applicable law.
